1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police Pension (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010.
These Regulations come into operation on 11th November 2010 and, subject to paragraph (3), have effect from 1st April 2007(1).
(2) Schedule 2 has effect from 1st September 2009.

Retrospective effect is permitted by Articles 14 and 15 of the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972.
