Commencement of leave under regulation 49
Save where regulations 6(5) or 7(2) apply, P’s period of additional paternity leave under regulation 4 begins—
a
on the start date specified in P’s leave notice under regulation 6(1), or,
b
where applicable, the date specified in P’s most recent subsequent notice under regulation 7(1).
