Appointed Days
2.—(1) The day appointed for the coming into operation of sections 1(1) to (4) and 2 of the Act is 10th April 2010.
(2) The day appointed for the coming into operation of section 1(5) of, and the Schedule to, the Act is 12th April 2010.
