Where a jobholder is within any of the cases set out in regulation 26, the jobholder’s automatic enrolment date is the date 3 months after the date (“postponement date”) otherwise applicable to that jobholder under section 3(7).

For the purposes of section 4(3) (postponement of automatic enrolment), the prescribed period is the period of 3 months beginning with the automatic enrolment date for the jobholder determined under paragraph (1).
