1. This Order may be cited as the Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Dependency) (Permitted Earnings Limits) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010 and shall come into operation on 14th April 2010.
2. In paragraph 4(4) of Schedule 7 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 for “£195”, in both places where it occurs, substitute “£200”.
3. Article 2(a) of the Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Dependency) (Permitted Earnings Limits) Order (Northern Ireland) 2009(1) is revoked.
