COUNTY COURTS

These Rules amend the County Court Rules (Northern Ireland) 1981 (S.R. 1981 No. 225) to:prescribe the practice and procedure for applications for parental orders under the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008; andprescribe the practice and procedure for applications for a live link direction under section 206A and 206AB of the Extradition Act 2003.
