2. The following provisions of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2004 shall come into force on 12th April 2010—
(a)section 8(9) (Guidance for criminal justice organisations on human rights standards);
(b)section 18 (Repeals), to the extent necessary to bring into force the provisions of Schedule 4 listed in paragraph (c);
(c)in Schedule 4 (Repeals), the entry in respect of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002(1) in so far as it is not already in force.
