2.—(1) The day appointed for the coming into operation of Article 170 of the Order (Board’s powers to make fraud compensation transfer payments)—
(a)for the purpose only of authorising the making of regulations, is 15th March 2010, and
(b)for all other purposes, is 6th April 2010.
(2) The day appointed for the coming into operation of paragraphs 27 and 28 of Schedule 8 to the Order (reviewable matters) is 6th April 2010.
