Investigation of complaints by the Commissioner for Complaints

7.—(1) A complaint made under the Commissioner for Complaints (Northern Ireland) Order 1996(1) in relation to the Agency, whether made before, on or after the transfer date may be investigated by the Commissioner for Complaints notwithstanding the dissolution of the Agency as if the complaint had been made in relation to the trust.

(2) Where the Commissioner for Complaints conducts such an investigation, a report of the result of that investigation shall be sent to the trust and to the Department.
