The day appointed for the coming into operation of section 12 of the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 (conversion of guaranteed minimum pensions)—
a
for the purpose only of authorising the making of regulations, is 3rd March 2009, and
b
for all other purposes, is 6th April 2009.
