PART 5 Application of Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991

General application

59.  For that purpose the rules apply with—

(a) the general modifications set out in Rule 60;

(b) any specific modification set out in the Table in Rule 61; and

(c) any other necessary modification.
