Where the court orders an extension of the period of time under paragraph 50(5) of Schedule B1 to the Order on an application by the bank administrator under paragraph 108 of that Schedule (as applied by Table 1 in section 145(6) of the 2009 Act), the bank administrator must notify the persons set out in paragraph 50(4) of that Schedule as soon as is reasonably practicable after the making of the order.
