PART 2 Application for Bank Administration Order

Notice of order

25.  The Bank of England shall as soon as is reasonably practicable send—

(a) one sealed copy to the bank administrator;

(b) one sealed copy to the FSA; and

(c) one sealed copy to the FSCS.
