Rule 79F (Complaints by former prisoners: procedure)
37. For paragraph (7) substitute—
“(7) In this rule “the appropriate person” is an officer or an employee of the Northern Ireland Prison Service with supervisory or managerial responsibility for the subject matter of the complaint.”.
