Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as The Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (Amendment No.2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 and come into operation on 1st February 2010.
(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
Amendments to the Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005
2. The Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(2) shall be amended as follows.
