SCHEDULE 8 LABELLING

PART 1 Labelling of unpackaged seed (loose sales)

Particulars to be marked or displayed on the sale of unpackaged seed other than a mixture of seeds

1.  The following particulars shall be given—

(a) The words “complies with legal standards”;

(b) the species; and

(c) except in the case of commercial seed, the variety.
