Pension sharing
13. Part 10 (pension sharing) of the Administration Regulations applies to those persons listed in regulation 4(2)(a) (deferred members and pensioners: general) of the Local Government Pension Scheme (Amendment No. 2 and Transitional Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002(1).
