1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit Work-focused Interviews) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 and shall come into operation on 26th October 2009.
(2) In these Regulations—
“the 2001 Regulations” means the Social Security (Work-focused Interviews) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001(1);
“the 2003 Regulations” means the Social Security (Work-focused Interviews) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(2); and
“the principal Regulations” means the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit Work-focused Interviews) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008(3).
