ROAD TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES
These Bye-Laws substitute the Schedule to the Taxis (Coleraine, Portstewart and Portrush) Bye-Laws (Northern Ireland) 1999 and—prescribe the locations of taxi stands or starting places, the maximum number of taxis which may use these stands or starting places and the hours available for use in the local government district of Coleraine in the towns of—Coleraine at Railway Place, Railway Road, North Rampart, The Mall and Captain Street Lower;Portstewart at The Promenade and The Diamond;Portrush at Eglinton Street; andremove the taxi stands at—Railway Place on the south side from a point approximately 5 metres east of its junction with Railway Road for a distance of approximately 51 metres; andEglinton Street on the east side from a point approximately 15 metres south of its junction with Dunluce Avenue for a distance of approximately 17 metres.
