Citation and commencement

1.  These Bye-Laws may be cited as the Taxis (Coleraine, Portstewart and Portrush) (Amendment) Bye-Laws (Northern Ireland) 2009 and shall come into operation on 12th October 2009.

2.  For the Schedule to the Taxis (Coleraine, Portstewart and Portrush) Bye-Laws (Northern Ireland) 1999(1) substitute—
