Amendment of the Magistrates’ Courts (Criminal Justice (Children)) Rules (Northern Ireland) 1999
2. After Rule 18 of the Magistrates’ Courts (Criminal Justice (Children)) Rules (Northern Ireland) 1999(1) insert—
“18A. A summons to enforce the attendance of a parent or guardian in accordance with Article 15 of the Order may be served in the same manner as a summons to be served under Rule 12A of the Magistrates’ Courts Rules (Northern Ireland) 1984(2).”
