2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of Article 118 of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 (directions) in so far as it is not already in operation—
(a)for the purpose only of authorising the making of regulations, is 23rd June 2009, and
(b)for all other purposes, is 21st July 2009.
