SCHEDULE 1 MEASURES ON SUSPECT AND INFECTED PREMISES

Restriction on a person entering or leaving the premises

7.  A person may not enter or leave the premises, unless—

(a) it is necessary to do so for the provision of emergency services, or

(b) that person is authorised to do so by a licence granted by the Department.
