Subject to paragraph (2), the Regulations specified in column 1 of the Schedule are revoked.

The Domestic Energy Efficiency Grants Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 shall continue to apply in any case where an application for grant was made under those Regulations before 1 April 2009.
