Citation, commencement and interpretation1

These Regulations may be cited as the Health and Safety Information for Employees (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 and shall come into operation on 15th June 2009.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Health and Safety Information for Employees Regulations (Northern Ireland) 19917.
