Additions to list of employments

2.  There shall be added to the employments listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 with effect from 1st April 2009, employment in—

(a) the Regional Health and Social Care Board(1);

(b) the Regional Agency for Public Health and Social Well-being(2); and

(c) the Regional Business Services Organisation(3).

The Regional Health and Social Care Board was established under section 7 of the Health and Social Care (Reform) Act (Northern Ireland) 2009 (2009 (C1 N.I.))

The Regional Agency for Health and Social Well-being was established under section 12 of the Health and Social Care (Reform) Act (Northern Ireland) 2009 (2009 C1 (N.I.))

The Regional Business Services Organisation was established under section 14 of the Health and Social Care (Reform) Act (Northern Ireland) 2009 (2009 C1 N.I.))
