The provisions of the 2008 Order specified in Schedule 1 shall come into operation on 1^st April 2009, subject to the saving provisions in Schedule 2.

Where any limitation is specified in relation to any provision in Schedule 1 the provision concerned shall come into operation on that date subject to that limitation.
