Amendment of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Winding Up) Regulations
7. In regulation 8(7) of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Winding Up) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996(1) (requirements to be satisfied by transferee schemes, annuities, etc.)—
(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (a) insert “or”;
(b)at the end of sub-paragraph (b) omit “or”;
(c)omit sub-paragraph (c).
