Amendment of the Pension Sharing (Implementation and Discharge of Liability) Regulations
13. In regulation 1(2) of the Pension Sharing (Implementation and Discharge of Liability) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000(1) (interpretation) in the definition of “Regulatory Authority” for “the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority” substitute “the Pensions Regulator”.
