Amendment of the Pensions on Divorce etc. (Charging) Regulations
12. In regulation 9(6)(b) of the Pensions on Divorce etc. (Charging) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000(1) (charges in respect of pension sharing activity – method of recovery) for “the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority” substitute “the Pensions Regulator”.
