10. In paragraph 5 of Schedule 2 to the Occupational Pension Schemes (Cross-border Activities) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(1) (modifications of pensions legislation, and relevant legal requirements for the purposes of Article 269) in Table 4 omit the entry relating to “Sections 64A to 64D”.
