The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety(1), makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 12, 14 and 19 of, and Schedule 3 to, the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972(2) with the consent of the Department of Finance and Personnel.
In accordance with Article 12(4) of that Order the Department has consulted with such representatives of persons likely to be affected by these Regulations as appear to it to be appropriate.
