12.—(1) The Regulation and Improvement Authority (Appointments and Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004(1) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 4 (disqualification for appointment)—
(a)for paragraph (1)(b) substitute—
“(b)a person who is the subject of a bankruptcy restrictions order”;
(b)omit paragraphs (3) and (5).
(3) In regulation 6(6) (termination of tenure of office of chairman and members), for the words “is adjudged bankrupt or makes a composition or arrangement with his creditors” substitute “becomes the subject of a bankruptcy restrictions order”.
