Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Measuring Instruments (Use for Trade) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 and shall come into operation on 17th March 2008.
Amendments to Regulations
2. In each of the Regulations listed in the Schedule, after regulation 2 insert—
“2A. In these Regulations a reference to member State includes Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein.”.
