Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Sexual Offences (Northern Ireland) Order 2008 (Commencement) Order 2008.

Commencement

2.  The Sexual Offences (Northern Ireland) Order 2008, in so far as not already in operation, shall come into operation on 2^nd February 2009.
