Enforcement

19.—(1) The Food Standards Agency enforces in slaughterhouses and cutting plants—

(a) Schedule 7; and

(b) paragraphs 1, 3 and 4 of Schedule 8.

(2) Otherwise these Regulations are enforced by the Department.
