These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Benefit (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 and, subject to paragraph (2), shall come into operation on 6th April 2009.

Regulations 3(2) and 4 shall come into operation on 27th January 2009.

The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 19544 shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
