2. In regulation 16(1) of the European Fisheries Fund (Grants) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008(1) for sub-paragraph (a) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—
“(a)on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum, and”
