2.—(1) The Plant Protection Products Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(1) shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), for the definition of “the Directive” substitute—
““the Directive” means Council Directive 91/414/EEC concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market, as amended from time to time;”
(3) Schedule 1 (instruments amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC) is revoked.
