Amendments to the Explosives (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1976

3.—(1) The Explosives (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1976(1) are amended as follows.

(2) Regulation 7(c) (persons to whom licence may be granted) is revoked.

(3) Regulation 8(1)(c) (revocation of licence) is revoked.
