Consequential amendments
10.—(1) In regulation 4(1) of the Social Security (Work-focused Interviews for Lone Parents) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001(1), for “the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit Work-focused Interviews) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005” substitute “the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit Work-focused Interviews) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008”.
(2) In regulation 7(3) of the 2003 Regulations(2), for “the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit Work-focused Interviews) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005” substitute “the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit Work-focused Interviews) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008”.
