2. In Part I of Schedule 1 to the Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Prescribed Diseases) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1986(1) (list of prescribed diseases and the occupations for which they are prescribed) after the entry relating to prescribed disease D12(2) add—
“D13. | Primary carcinoma of the nasopharynx. | Exposure to wood dust in the course of the processing of wood or the manufacture or repair of wood products, for a period or periods which amount in aggregate to at least 10 years.”. |

Prescribed disease D12 was inserted by regulation 7 of S.R. 1993 No. 350 and substituted by regulation 2(4)(d) of S.R. 1997 No. 158
