In the second column of Schedule 2 to the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999(1), relating to the entry for the Equipment and Protective Systems Intended for Use in Potentially Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996, for the reference “S.R. 1996 No. 247, amended by S.R. 1999 No. 125” substitute “S.R. 1996 No. 247, amended by S.R. 1998 No. 77, S.R. 1999 No. 125 and S.R. 2008 No. 422”.
