These Regulations amend the Condensed Milk and Dried Milk Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 (S.R. 2003 No. 300) (“the 2003 Regulations”). They make provision for the implementation of Council Directive 2007/61/EC amending Directive 2001/114/EC relating to certain partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk for human consumption (OJ No.L258, 4.10.2007, p.27).
