3. 1st November 2008 is the day appointed for the coming into operation of—
(a)section 34 and Schedule 3 (use of information);
(b)sections 38(1) and 39, so far as relating to the paragraph and entries referred to in sub-paragraphs (c) and (d) below;
(c)paragraph 1(18) and (19) of Schedule 4; and
(d)in Schedule 5 (repeals), the entries relating to the repeal in—
(i)Article 46(5) of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1991(1), and
(ii)Article 71 of the Welfare Reform and Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1999(2).
