Amendment of the Child Benefit (General) Regulations

11.  In regulation 8(2)(e) of the Child Benefit (General) Regulations 2006(1) (child benefit not payable in respect of qualifying young person: other financial support) after “Welfare Reform Act 2007” insert “or Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007”.
