This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7C(1) and 7F(1) and (2) of the Game Preservation Act (Northern Ireland) 1928 F1;
This Order, so far as section 7C(1) of that Act applies to it, is made with a view to providing special protection for Irish Hares;
In accordance with section 7F(5) of that Act the Department of the Environment F2 has caused a notice of the proposal to make an order to be published and taken into consideration the objections duly lodged in accordance with the notice;
Accordingly the Department makes the following Order:
