2. The day appointed for the coming into operation , in so far as not already in operation, of—
(a)section 12 (information required by the Department), is 3rd October 2008; and
(b)for paragraph 24 of Schedule 3 (amendment of statutory provisions relating to child support) and section 25 in so far as it relates to that paragraph—
(i)for the purpose only of authorising the making of regulations, is 3rd October 2008, and
(ii)for all other purposes, is 27th October 2008; and
(c)section 22 (abolition of the child maintenance bonus), in Part I of Schedule 9 the repeal of Article 4 of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 F1 and section 67 in so far as it relates to that repeal, is 27th October 2008.
