Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as The Street Works (Inspection Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2008.
Amendment
2. In regulation 3(1) of The Street Works (Inspection Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(1) (fees, chargeable inspections, units of inspection, phases of works and estimated numbers of units of inspection) for “£24.00” there shall be substituted “£25.00”.
