The Department for Social Development makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 86(7) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005(1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Pensions (2005 Order) (Code of Practice) (Dispute Resolution) (Appointed Day) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008.
2. The day appointed for the purposes of Article 86(7) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 (procedure for issue and publication of codes of practice) for the coming into operation of the Pensions Regulator Code of practice No. 11: Dispute resolution – reasonable periods is 28th July 2008.
